WHAT WILL IT COST?

There is an up-front fee, and a monthly platform fee thereafter:

Up-front fee: $2300 + GST

This can be repaid in several instalments over 60 days interest-free via MoulaPay, subject to successful online application.  You can request to extend the time to pay at 3% per month of the outstanding balance thereafter.

Ongoing fees starting at: $109 + GST per month paid directly to Neto.

HOW FAST CAN THIS HAPPEN?

Within a few weeks.  We'll need to speak with you first to ensure we have the things we need to get your webstore prepared with product data and images loaded.  From the time we have everything we need, your webstore can be live within a week.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM ME?

  1. Participate in a half hour discovery session (no charge) so we can understand what will be needed to get your business online.

  2. Pay the project invoice so we can commence.

  3. Choose the design theme you want from here: www.netohq.com/themes.  There are a range of themes to choose from, some free and some paid.

  4. Send us a high resolution copy of your business logo.

  5. Send us a list of up to 50 products with as much information as you can.*

  6. Send us good quality photographs of up to 50 products on a plain white background.*

  7. Provide us with your product category structure.  We will assist you in preparing this if you’re not sure how to.

  8. Prepare and send us your delivery policy and your returns policy.  We'll help you write them if needed.

  9. Notify us of the web domain for your new webstore once it's ready.  If you don't yet have a web domain, we will help you secure an appropriate one for your business.  You will need to provide also with the login credentials to the registrar or hosting account where that domain is hosted so we can update the DNS settings to ensure your new webstore goes live on that domain when completed.

  10. Provide us with your Google Analytics account number if you have one. 

  11. Confirm if you will be using Couriers Please rates from Vicinity, or Sendle for dispatching online orders.   We will discuss this with you in the initial briefing.

  12. Subscribe to a Neto monthly plan.  The Small Plan at $109/month should be ideal to start on, and you get your 2nd month free too.

  13. Sign up for the payment methods you want to offer customers.  We’ll show you where and how.  We recommend at least:

    • Stripe Gateway - This will allow customers to pay on your new webstore with Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit cards, plus Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    • PayPal – the most popular online payment method in Australia.  Be aware that it can take a week or longer to have a new PayPal account bank verified and vetted under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.  You will need to provide official documentation to PayPal to verify your business details.

Majority owned by Telstra, Neto was awarded as Australia’s Best eCommerce Platform in 2018.  Neto is a multichannel commerce platform which allows retailers to manage a full-featured webstore, plus over-the-counter transactions through Neto POS, plus marketplaces and other online shopping channels including Google Shopping, Facebook Shopping and more.  Neto also has in-built order processing and consignment labelling for all of Australia’s major couriers.

 

Neto is a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) solution which is hosted on secure always-on servers for you so you don’t need to worry about hosting, site security or system updates.  Neto monthly fees start at $109 + GST.  Which level you will be on will depend on how many channels you need and what your turnover through the Neto platform is.

WILL THIS ALL BE SETUP FOR ME?

Yes, we will setup and configure the Neto platform for you as follows:

  • Apply your chosen Neto design theme

  • Load your logo and modify colour settings and text to suit your brand

  • Create and load one marketing banner for the webstore homepage

  • Create up to 30 product categories to suit your product range

  • Create, optimise and upload product data and images for up to 50 products.  You will need to supply the images, but we will edit and crop them to suit online as needed.  If you wish to have more products prepared in the same way, we'll discuss your options in our initial call.  We will show you how to do this yourself, or can do it for you if you prefer.

  • Load and configure custom rates and rules for Couriers Please or Sendle for orders up to 25kg, plus add Click & Collect.  Orders over 25kg will be pickup only.

  • Coordinate the webstore go-live process with Neto including updating your DNS Zone Records

Vicinity Group Offer Terms & Conditions

  • We will schedule a 30 minute discovery phone call (no charge) before accepting an order for a new webstore.  This session allows us to understand your business, what you want to achieve, and what you may need to do to prepare for retailing online.  This may include reviewing your product data, images, pick & packing capabilities, shipping carrier accounts and webstore traffic growth strategy.  Knowing your capabilities and limitations will ensure we can provide with the best guidance possible to get you off to a good start.

  • Full prepayment is required either direct to ZELLIS, or via successful application to ZipPay.  We will invoice you once you confirm you wish to proceed.   Application to and use of ZipPay services is subject to their eligibility criteria and terms & conditions as published at zip.co.

  • Your business will be launched on Australia's own award winning Neto cloud-based commerce platform.  You will be required to subscribe to a Neto monthly plan.  Details of Neto subscription plan levels are here

  • You will need to choose and purchase a Neto Design Theme from here.  Customisation of your selected theme is limited to changing colours, adding your logo and modifying text only.  Customisations beyond this will be quoted for your approval.

  • One marketing banner for the webstore will be provided.  Additional marketing banners can either be supplied by you to the required pixel sizes, or created and uploaded by us to your requirements for $100 each including any stock image fees. 

  • Checkout payment methods are subject to you signing up with Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay and/or ZipPay as you wish. 

  • Email marketing is subject to you opening a SmartrMail account.  Details here

  • Content for the Privacy and Website Terms information pages will be supplied and can be modified by you. 

  • Google Shopping and Facebook Shopping are subject to you creating accounts for either or both, and providing the credentials to us to set up the product feeds. 

  • Shipping rates and label printing will be supplied by Sendle and you will be required to create a Sendle account.  Special courier rates negotiated by Vicinity Group  will be loaded into Neto for Couriers Please if you intend to use them.  Other shipping carriers may be integrated at extra cost (please ask for details).

  • Additional Neto features and add-ons such as POS registers are excluded from this offer but can be added at any time.  Some add-ons are free and others come at an extra cost.  Some require subscription to third-party services and apps.  More information here.

  • We will provide 14 days of support to address any errors or omissions arising from the setup and launch. Ongoing support will thereafter be provided directly by Neto.  Neto user support documentation is excellent and easy to follow with tutorials, videos, screenshots and plain English instructions.  Plus Neto support is available by email, live chat and phone.
